This website presents the Antica Loggia Trevi holiday home. It has no accounts or private areas, no forms that send data to a server, and it uses no analytics tools or profiling cookies.

The dates form (arrival, departure, guests) sends nothing to this website or to any server: it opens the Airbnb listing with the dates and the number of guests written into the page address. From there, Airbnb’s privacy policy applies.

WhatsApp links open a chat with Claudio and Fiorella, with a message already started that is only sent if you send it. From then on the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy applies: Claudio and Fiorella receive your number and the text, as with any message.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it logs technical details of requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to run the service and protect it from abuse. These details are not used to profile you.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working. Vercel Inc. is based in the United States: the logs may be processed outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Fonts and images are served by the website itself: no requests go to Google Fonts or other outside services while you browse.

The website uses no cookies. It only keeps a technical note in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation is not repeated; it is cleared when you close the tab.
